I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Vehicle crime (theft from or theft of), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Whilst the Roads Policing Team have been on high visibility patrols in Worksop on the evening of 30/12/2025 they have spotted 3 suspected stolen motorbikes being ridden in the area. One rider was found stationary an detained and bike recovered. With air support in the area following an unconnected incident officers were able to deploy a stinger device deflating the tyres of the other bikes which had failed to stop for officers and follow the riders as they tried to flee the location. In total 3 riders were detained and will be questioned in relation to suspected offences and the bikes which are suspected stolen recovered.
